What an embarrassment. These were the worst looking flowers I have ever seen in my life. Every single bloom was dead, and the arrangement looked as though the delivery driver had thrown them out the window and run over them with the truck. I would have been better off picking up random weeds from the side of the road. I paid a significant amount for what was supposed to be a premium bouquet of peonies. I will never use this flower delivery service again, and I would strongly caution anyone considering them for a special occasion.
I wanted to purchase the product without committing to a subscription. I received a call from a very nice representative who offered me exactly that option, a one-time purchase without any recurring charges. I have read through the reviews and everything I could find online, and I cannot wait to try this product. I have no doubt that it is going to be great based on what I have seen so far. I purchased several gift cards and successfully converted them to a major sportswear brand. However, the card numbers were then used by an international freight company without my authorization. When I contacted customer service about this fraudulent activity, they both refused to help and did not even mention flagging the fraudulent behavior or banning the fraudster’s account. This is completely unacceptable. When gift card funds are stolen, the company should at minimum investigate and take action against the fraudulent account. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled.
I had a great time meeting new people through this platform, and I really love the concept behind it. We had a good diverse group, and we also had quite a bit in common, which made conversations flow naturally. I do not know what magic formula was used to get us all in the same space as a group, but it genuinely worked. I think I will be doing this again. It is a refreshing way to expand your social circle in a structured but natural-feeling environment.
