Gift Card Numbers Were Stolen and Support Refused to Help

I purchased several gift cards and successfully converted them to a major sportswear brand. However, the card numbers were then used by an international freight company without my authorization. When I contacted customer service about this fraudulent activity, they both refused to help and did not even mention flagging the fraudulent behavior or banning the fraudster’s account. This is completely unacceptable. When gift card funds are stolen, the company should at minimum investigate and take action against the fraudulent account. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled.
