Charged for Three Items and Received Absolutely Nothing

I ordered one pair of suspenders and they billed me for three. I protested this charge but got absolutely nowhere with their customer service. Then they sent an email saying my order had arrived, but it never actually arrived. They simply took my money and delivered nothing. This company is a scam. Stay far away from them. I have learned my lesson about ordering from unfamiliar online stores without doing thorough research first.
